What is the difference between a website and a custom system?+

The website is your storefront: it presents the business and gets you found. The system is the operation: it quotes, books, charges, dispatches, manages or syncs data. Many businesses need both, which is why I design them together: the site at Brewed Marketing and the system engineering with iWeb.mx.

How much does a custom system cost?+

It depends on modules and integrations. I work in phases: first the core that solves the main pain, then the improvements. After discovery you receive a written proposal with scope and investment. Because we start from proven systems (booking, OctoSync, Flexmls portal), the investment is lower than building from scratch.

Do I own the system or pay rent?+

You own it. It is installed on your domain and server and the code is in your name. If you prefer, we host and support it for a monthly fee, but you are never locked in and never pay per-user licenses.

Who builds the system?+

My two companies work as one team: Brewed Marketing handles strategy, design and marketing; iWeb.mx, the software studio, handles architecture, development, integrations and security. I answer for the project from start to finish.

Can it connect with what I already use?+

Yes. We integrate payment gateways (Stripe, BBVA, PayPal), WhatsApp Business, Google, CRMs like Zoho or HubSpot, electronic invoicing, Flexmls and virtually any service with an API.

How long does it take?+

A booking system or a Flexmls portal is usually live within 4 to 8 weeks. Platforms with more modules (property management, security companies) are delivered in phases, with a useful first phase within the first month.
